Olivenhain Homes
Olivenhain is home to the Encinitas area and dates back several hundred years. It was once home to three Native American cultures until a group of 25 original family settlers started a colony in 1884. The gradual decline of farming activity during the 1950s combined with the importation of water to Southern California slowly transformed the Olivenhain area into it present residential status.
